
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Here is the procedure to sign-up for tournaments. Please read the information carefully, because we have changed how you sign up for tournaments this year. If any tournament is filled, you will be put on a wait list and you will be called if we can fit you in. Don’t delay; send your entry as soon as you know you can play. If you are not a member and would like to play as a guest at any of our tournaments, please follow the steps below. Tournament Sign-Up Procedures NEW FOR 2010!
1. No paper tournament applications this year. Please send and email to info@rmaga.com saying which tournament you wish to play and include the following information for each RMAGA member(s):
a. Tournament you are signing up to play
b. Name
c. Closest to the Pin (yes or no)
d. Net Skins (yes or no)
e. Gross Skins (yes or no)
f. Insurance (yes or no)
2. Now you need to complete your guest’s information. It is very important that if your guest has a GHIN number, to include it. If they don’t have a handicap, please indicate NO GHIN in your email. If you are not paying for your guest, we need your guest’s email address to email them an invoice to pay from and include the following information for each guest:
a. Tournament you are signing up to play
b. Guest email address
c. GHIN Number (yes or no)
d. Name
e. Address
f. City
g. State
h. Zip
i. Phone (best way to contact)
j. Closest to the Pin (yes or no)
k. Net Skins (yes or no)
l. Gross Skins (yes or no)
3. Email this information to info@rmaga.com BEFORE the DEADLINE date of the tournament.
4. Within a couple of days you (and your guest(s) will be sent an email request for payment. You will be able to print out this invoice for your records and you will be able to pay right from the email using your checking account, debit or credit card via PayPal®.
5. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Remember. . .you can reserve your spot early and pay before the tournament deadline.
The key is to make sure you get your tournament request in by the DEADLINE DATE.
